The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) once again found a reason to criticize Telegram. This time, the regulator said that the company did not provide accurate information about the applications in which cryptocurrency will be used.

The organization of cryptocurrencies Blockchain Association supported Telegram in the case against the US SEC and accused the regulator of the lack of clear rules for working with cryptocurrencies.

The US Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit organization, will act as the third independent party in the lawsuit between the US SEC and Telegram.
