Forks in the TON network will be rare, as if not possible. Byzantine Fault Tolerance is the paradigm chosen for the TON blockchain. In this paradigm, forks may only occur in case of violations committed by the majority of validators. This would lead to the loss of their deposits.
So don't expect any real forks and especially hardforks in the shardchains (a sub-blockchain). In the shardchain, if an invalid block is detected, it will be fixed by the mechanism of vertical blockchains. It will also be able to correct non-critical errors in the main blockchain, if necessary.
