Chamber of Digital Commerce to Take Part in SEC and Telegram

The US Chamber of Digital Commerce, a not-for-profit organization, will be the third independent party to the lawsuit between the US SEC and Telegram.

In judicial practice, the United States has the concept of a third party that does not take the side of the defendant or the plaintiff, and is also disinterested in the proceedings. But such a party to the case has the right to provide the court with information as a consultant.

The Digital Commerce Chamber is lobbying for the interests of blockchain companies, so it is obvious that in fact they should strengthen Telegram's position.
