The judge, who had earlier rejected the SEC's request for Telegram to disclose ICO bank records, made a decision according to which the company should now publish this information before February 26, 2020.
According to the text of the court decision, the SEC must receive the original bank records, and for universal access Telegram can edit the documents in accordance with privacy laws.
