The founder of the Telegram TON project, Pavel Durov, during an interrogation on January 7-8 in the UAE, said that the TON network asset called Gram is a pure cryptocurrency, and it can in no way be considered a security.
He also explained that the large number of investors who participated in the TON ICO in 2018 is due to the fact that for the full and stable operation of the Telegram Open Network network, at least 20 validators are needed.
