The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) provided the court with documents that disclose the names of potential investors of the TON blockchain.
Earlier during the interrogation, Pavel Durov mentioned the name of the former member of the board of directors of the Bitcoin Foundation, Mayer Malk. In particular, when asked about which of the investors could act as validators of the TON blockchain, Durov answered that Malk is a potential candidate.
Telegram Vice President Ilya Perekopsky said that member of the Band of Angels venture fund, David Jan, was interested in investing in TON. Other witnesses named such names as Kleiner Perkins, Fortress, Draper Dragon, Dragoneer, DRW Holdings and Redpoint.
