A petition from ICO TON participants was sent to the US court, which is involved in the SEC vs Telegram case, with a request not to disclose their names in the trial.
At the moment, six Telegram investors have chosen to remain incognito. They ask to exclude their personal data from the case materials and assign pseudonyms.
Their lawyers argue that the mention of these names does not carry any value for the investigation.
