Telegram lawyers said they needed five to seven weeks to prepare the missing documents requested by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Lawyers explained that they needed to study the data protection laws of some jurisdictions that the company had not previously dealt with. It is reported that the analysis will go through 4600 transactions from 770 legal entities and individuals who are residents of 14 countries and with whom the company has never worked with two.
